Massive data file – over 104,000 inspections conducted.  This contains SIC code information, a description of the incident that lead to the inspection, and other relevant data (does not contain citation cost).  This is from 1972 to Present.  If you are good at sorting with Excel, this is for you.

Alert – Changes to OSHA Reporting Rules Just Announced! Download Documents Here

Changes coming into effect as of January 2015.  The biggest includes amputations and loss of an eye must be reported to OSHA within 24 hours:

• All work-related inpatient hospitalizations, all amputations and all losses of an eye within 24 hours.
