New Silica Rule – OSHA


OSHA has published it’s new rule for Silica.  This rule will help to set standards to protect workers that are exposed to crystalline silica.  Construction workers cutting block, working with concrete – this is for you.

Alert – Changes to OSHA Reporting Rules Just Announced! Download Documents Here

Changes coming into effect as of January 2015.  The biggest includes amputations and loss of an eye must be reported to OSHA within 24 hours:

• All work-related inpatient hospitalizations, all amputations and all losses of an eye within 24 hours.
