Traffic has spiked to 3 – 4 times the normal daily traffic.  I even had over 400 hits from Mongolia.  Although I certainly appreciate the traffic – I am a bit confused as to what I am doing differently.  Any thoughts?  I am not moderating comments, so feel free to offer thoughts.  I would like to keep the higher traffic – more traffic and more hits, more employees being trained, fewer workers in the world being hurt (or worse).
